Should you eat before a workout?
Yes, you should. we called it a pre-workout meal.
Your body needs energy to power through your work out. Everyone want to work as hard as they can and as long as they could. How can you do that if you didn't properly fuel your body?
Think about it this way:
Would you drive a car without gas?
Use your mobile phone without charging it?
The answer is always NO! If you haven’t eaten anything, your workout won’t be as intense as if you’d fuel up beforehand, not to mention that you’ll likely suffer from low blood sugar, which will lead to dizziness during workout.
Eating before workout is important.
We highly recommended you to take your pre-workout meal 1-2hour before exercise. You should aim for a carbohydrate & protein rich meal. Carbohydrate gives your body more energy during workout and Protein to help build & repair muscle.
Choose a meal that is low in fat & fibre.
