Here are some little tips for beginner.
















1. What to wear to a Zumba class?
Sports attire and sports shoes, Do bring extra cloths you gonna sweat like it just rain. Guarantee!
(Avoid Jeans, Button up shirts, Running Shoes)
you will need comfortable clothing to allow you move and stretch.
For ladies, a sport bra is a MUST!

2. Benefit of Zumba?
Stress relief!
Weight loss!
Community, Mind and Body.
You will definitely forget all the housework, documents, proposal and everything else here in this 1 hour. Because the single-single-double is gonna confuse you. Hahaha I'm just kidding.
You wan more? Come to our class.

3. People will laugh at me?
It is ok when everyone move left and you move right, and everyone jump and you slow a beat. Because theres no rules in Zumba.
You definitely can't find your arms and legs in your first class.
You probably found your arms in your second class, but still don't know where is the legs.
